Introducing the TPN Stella Security Award: Shining a Light on Security Leadership

Security excellence has always been the goal at the Trusted Partner Network, but now, it has a star. 

We are proud to introduce the TPN Stella Security Award, a new industry recognition created to honor our members who have reached the pinnacle of content security by achieving the TPN Gold Star Shield. 

Stella is the Latin word for “star” and reflects “stellar” performance. The award symbolizes more than compliance – it represents trust, leadership, and an unwavering dedication to protecting content at the highest level. 

Why the Stella Award Matters 

TPN launched the next-generation Shield structure last September, marking a pivotal shift toward greater transparency – particularly around security maturity and remediation progress. With more than 1,000 assessments completed since our platform re-launch in February 2023, we recognized that only a small percentage of assessments would earn the new TPN Gold Star Shield.  

Full compliance with both the MPA Content Security Best Practices and Additional Recommendations requires sustained investment, discipline and leadership. The Stella Award was created to recognize exactly that level of commitment – and to celebrate those who lead by example.

What the Stella Award represents: 

• Recognizing Excellence – Achieving 100% compliance with MPA Content Security Best Practices and Additional Recommendations.
• Setting the Benchmark – Raising the bar for security maturity across the global supply chain. 
• Signaling Leadership – Demonstrating to partners and clients that security is a strategic advantage.

Each Gold Star Shield recipient will receive a Stella trophy for display at industry events, along with formal recognition across TPN’s website and social channels.
