When do the next-gen four-tier Shield levels go into effect?

The new Shield tier system (Blue, Silver, Gold, and Gold Star) will go into effect on 9th September 2025, launching alongside the release of the v5.3.1 TPN questionnaire and assessments on the TPN+ platform.
